Quote Process
To provide an accurate quote, we need to understand the specifics of your project, including material types, design costs, dimensions, installation location, and required equipment. We offer two methods for obtaining this information:
Contract
For first-time customers with projects exceeding $1000, we require a signed contract. The contract will be sent to you electronically, and must be signed before the project begins.
Design
While it's ideal if you provide the design, we offer several options if you need assistance:
- Overseas Designers : Affordable and charge per project.
- In-House Designers : Charge based on the time required. Providing detailed information upfront minimizes costs.
- US Designers : More expensive but highly experienced professionals.

Manufacturing
Our team will handle all preparation work, including obtaining permits, printing, cutting, manufacturing, and welding to meet your specifications.
Installation / Pick Up
We will inform you about installation or pick-up timing as the project nears completion. Please note that installation schedules may be affected by weather conditions.
Payment
To make a payment, visit the initial quote and click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT." We offer various payment options, including checks, cash, cards, Klarna (pay over time), and bank transfers. You can pay at any stage of the project. For custom projects with first-time customers, a 50% down payment may be required.
